She possesses extensive expertise in Oracle P2P delivery and implementations. Prior to her time at Deloitte, Palvi served as a Global Functional Lead/Product Owner at Citigroup, where she successfully implemented Oracle EBS Procurement software. Additionally, she demonstrated her expertise in managing catalogs for the Americas, ensuring high adoption rates and efficient cxml invoicing. Hiei’s responsibilities also encompassed ownership of Jabil’s sourcing applications such as ScanMarket and Coupa Standard, as well as Coupa AIC, Coupa Analytics, and the recent Coupa CLMA deployment.

Demonstrating his expertise, he successfully supported and led both internal and external teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle for Coupa S2P, SIM, and CLM.

Additionally, she takes on the role of lead trainer for Jabil’s Advanced Coupa Admin course, delivering impactful training both internally and externally.
